AbGn-107 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) composed of a monoclonal antibody targeting the tumor-associated antigen AG7, a Lewis A-like glycol-epitope expressed in various gastrointestinal malignancies including gastric, colorectal, pancreatic, and biliary cancers. The antibody is linked via a hydrophilic, self-immolative linker to a proprietary cytotoxic payload. Its mechanism of action involves selective delivery of the cytotoxic agent to cancer cells expressing AG7, resulting in targeted antineoplastic activity. AbGn-107 has demonstrated promising antitumor activity in preclinical studies and has shown reasonable safety and modest clinical activity in early-phase clinical trials involving heavily pretreated patients with advanced GI cancers[1][2][3][4][5].
