ABGN-7 + FOLFOX7

ABGN-7 + FOLFOX7 is a **combination therapy composed of ABGN-7 (AbGn-107)**, a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the Lewis A-like glycol-epitope AG-7 antigen, and **FOLFOX7**, a modified FOLFOX chemotherapy regimen. ABGN-7 is designed to target a broad range of gastrointestinal tract tumors expressing the AG-7 antigen and delivers a cytotoxic payload via antibody binding. FOLFOX7 consists of high-dose oxaliplatin, infusional fluorouracil, and folinic acid, and is widely used in gastrointestinal cancers, especially metastatic colorectal carcinoma.
