Overview

ABI-108 is an adeno-associated virus (AAV) gene therapy candidate under development by Avirmax Biopharma for the treatment of inflammatory ocular diseases. The program is specifically targeting non-infectious uveitis (NIU), uveitic choroidal neovascularization (uvCNV), and uveitic macular edema (UMO).
