**Abiraterone acetate + prednisone + LHRHa** is a pharmaceutical combination regimen used primarily for the treatment of metastatic high-risk castration-sensitive prostate cancer (CSPC) and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC). In major clinical trials, this combination has shown statistically significant improvements in overall and progression-free survival compared to standard hormonal therapy alone in high-risk patients.
