Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABL206 is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by ABL Bio. It is designed to target a specific molecule designated as 'Target A3,' which is associated with the Transforming Growth Factor Beta (TGFB) signaling pathway. By conjugating a target-specific antibody to a cytotoxic payload, ABL206 aims to selectively deliver cell-killing agents to tumor cells or components of the tumor microenvironment that express the A3 target. This approach is intended to inhibit tumor growth and potentially counteract TGFB-mediated immunosuppression and fibrosis within the tumor microenvironment.
