Overview

ABL303 is a bispecific antibody developed using ABL Bio's proprietary Onabody platform, designed to target both Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1) and Interleukin-4 (IL-4). By simultaneously inhibiting the PD-1 checkpoint and neutralizing IL-4, ABL303 aims to enhance anti-tumor immune responses through dual immune modulation. PD-1 blockade is intended to rejuvenate exhausted T cells, while IL-4 inhibition modulates the tumor microenvironment by preventing the polarization of immunosuppressive M2 macrophages and promoting a Th1-type anti-tumor immune response. Developed in collaboration with LIMUS, ABL303 is currently in early-stage development for the treatment of various solid cancers.
