Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABO2109 + toripalimab is a combination therapy consisting of a personalized cancer vaccine (ABO2109) and an immune checkpoint inhibitor (toripalimab). ABO2109 is a biological agent designed to elicit a patient-specific immune response against tumor neoantigens. Toripalimab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor, blocking its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2 to enhance T-cell anti-tumor activity. This combination is being investigated by the Affiliated Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School for the adjuvant treatment of patients with resected non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) to prevent recurrence by stimulating a robust, tumor-specific immune response.
