Overview

ABOR2013T is an investigational tumor vaccine targeting Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) mutations, specifically developed for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Developed by The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College, the vaccine is designed to stimulate the patient's immune system to recognize and attack tumor cells expressing mutant EGFR proteins. It is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation in China (ChiCTR2500113656) to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy both as a monotherapy and in combination with the PD-1 inhibitor sintilimab and other standard therapies in patients who have failed or are ineligible for standard-of-care treatments.
