Overview

ABP-100 is a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody targeting both CD3 on T cells and HER2 (receptor protein-tyrosine kinase erbB-2) on tumor cells. It is designed to redirect cytotoxic T lymphocytes to HER2-expressing cancer cells, thereby promoting targeted cell-mediated cytotoxicity against tumors. The drug is being developed for immuno-oncology indications, with primary focus on breast cancer and colorectal cancer. Initial development was by Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, with further development by Abpro Corp., which has partnered with Abpro Bio for Asian markets[6][8]. The highest reported phase of development is IND application in the United States for breast and colorectal cancers[8][9].
