ABP 1019 is an orally bioavailable, small-molecule multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) developed by Shanghai Aibo Pharmaceutical Technology. It is designed to inhibit a broad spectrum of kinases involved in tumor growth, angiogenesis, and metastasis, including Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR), Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptors 1-4 (FGFR1-4), Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptors 1-3 (VEGFR1-3), RET, and Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Receptor alpha (PDGFR-α). The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase I/II clinical trials for the treatment of various advanced solid tumors that have progressed on standard therapy, including glioma, pancreatic cancer, osteosarcoma, and small cell lung cancer, as well as brain metastases. Pharmacokinetic studies indicate a half-life of approximately 15–30 hours with linear pharmacokinetics.
