Overview

ABP-1130 is a novel, potent small molecule multi-kinase inhibitor developed by AB Pharma Co., Ltd. It is designed to target several key receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs) and non-receptor tyrosine kinases, specifically EGFR, HER2, c-Met, and BTK. Preclinical studies in glioblastoma xenograft models have demonstrated significant tumor growth inhibition, with the compound showing the ability to reduce brain tumor volume substantially in nude mice. ABP-1130 exhibits favorable metabolic stability and a safety profile characterized by negative Ames test results and low hERG inhibition. Its development is primarily focused on addressing glioblastoma, an aggressive brain cancer where therapeutic options are often limited by the blood-brain barrier.
