Overview
ABP1618 is an investigational small molecule drug developed by Shanghai Aibo Pharmaceutical Technology. It is currently in early clinical development for the treatment of advanced solid tumors (neoplasms). The primary objectives of ongoing Phase 1 studies are to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of ABP1618 tablets in patients with advanced solid tumors, as well as to determine a recommended dose for further trials. Secondary objectives include preliminary assessment of cardiac safety (including QT interval prolongation) and initial evaluation of antitumor efficacy. The mechanism of action has not been publicly disclosed as of June 2025[1][4][5].
