Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Abrysvo** is Pfizer's bivalent recombinant respiratory syncytial virus vaccine composed of equal amounts of stabilized prefusion fusion glycoprotein F antigens representing RSV subgroup A and RSV subgroup B. It induces neutralizing immune responses directed at prefusion RSV F, thereby preventing RSV-associated lower respiratory tract disease. In the United States, it is approved for adults aged 60 years and older, adults aged 18 through 59 years at increased risk of RSV lower respiratory tract disease, and maternal immunization at 32 through 36 weeks' gestation to protect infants from birth through 6 months of age.
