Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABS-101 is a preclinical-stage monoclonal antibody developed by Absci using generative artificial intelligence to target TL1A (Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 15), a cytokine implicated in inflammatory and fibrotic diseases. The drug is designed for high affinity, high potency, reduced immunogenicity, and extended half-life, with the goal of enabling less frequent subcutaneous dosing and improved patient experience. ABS-101’s primary indication is inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), but it may also be relevant for other conditions characterized by inflammation and fibrosis. Absci’s AI-driven approach allows precise epitope targeting to optimize therapeutic profiles[1][2][5][8].
