Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABS-10X is an investigational bispecific T-cell engager developed by Amberstone Biosciences using its proprietary T-MATE (Tumor-Microenvironment Activated T-cell Engager) platform. The molecule is designed to simultaneously bind to CD3 on T cells and a tumor-associated antigen (TAA) on cancer cells, thereby directing T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity toward the tumor. The T-MATE platform aims to enhance therapeutic efficacy while minimizing systemic toxicity by ensuring the antibody is preferentially active within the tumor microenvironment. As of early 2024, the specific TAA target for ABS-10X has not been publicly disclosed, and the program is in the lead optimization or preclinical validation phase for the treatment of solid tumors.
