Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABS-301 is a fully human monoclonal antibody developed by Absci. It is a potential first-in-class immuno-oncology therapeutic targeting an undisclosed immune evasion mechanism in cancer. The drug was discovered using Absci's AI Reverse Immunology platform, which identified the target from patient samples with extraordinary immune responses. ABS-301 is designed to bind this novel target and disrupt tumor immune evasion, potentially converting immunologically "cold" tumors into "hot" ones by enabling immune cell infiltration and robust anti-tumor activity. Preclinical data suggest high affinity and potency, with broad potential in squamous cell carcinomas and possibly other cancers[2][3][5][6][8].
