**ABS001** is a retention-optimized intratumoral immunotherapy platform developed by Absco Therapeutics, featuring imiquimod engineered for prolonged retention, targeted distribution, and sustained immune stimulation across the tumor-immune interface. It elicits robust innate and adaptive immune responses in both HPV-positive and HPV-negative tumors, addressing limitations of conventional intratumoral approaches like rapid drug leakage and insufficient immune activation. Preclinical data presented at SITC 2025 highlight its potent immune activation, T cell infiltration, and potential in solid tumors with immunosuppressive microenvironments, such as cervical cancer.[3]
