Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**AbscopalRx5001** is an investigational, procedure-based multiplex intratumoral immunotherapy regimen developed by Rampart Health for metastatic solid cancers. The regimen combines CT-guided cryoablation, intratumoral administration of low-dose pembrolizumab, ipilimumab, and cyclophosphamide, and subsequent subcutaneous GM-CSF. Cryoablation releases tumor antigens, PD-1 and CTLA-4 blockade promotes antitumor T-cell activity, cyclophosphamide reduces immunosuppressive regulatory T-cell activity, and GM-CSF supports immune-cell recruitment and activation. The regimen was evaluated in the Phase 2 Abscopal 5001 trial in patients with metastatic solid cancers that had failed standard therapies. ([mdpi.com](https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6694/17/18/2990))
