ABSK141

ABSK141 is an orally bioavailable, small-molecule inhibitor specifically targeting the KRAS G12D mutation. Developed by Abbisko Therapeutics, it selectively binds to the KRAS G12D mutant protein, blocking downstream signaling pathways and inhibiting tumor cell proliferation. Preclinical studies have demonstrated potential best-in-class oral bioavailability and strong anti-tumor activity in various human cancer cell line-derived xenograft models, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and colorectal cancer (CRC). It is currently under clinical investigation in a Phase I/II study for patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS G12D mutations.
