Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ABT-182 is a preclinical-stage therapeutic candidate being developed by Abilita Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. It is an Fc-fused single-domain antibody (Fc-VHH) that targets C-C chemokine receptor type 8 (CCR8). CCR8 is predominantly expressed on tumor-infiltrating regulatory T cells (Tregs), which play a key role in immunosuppression within the tumor microenvironment. By targeting CCR8, ABT-182 is designed to selectively deplete these immunosuppressive Tregs, thereby enhancing the anti-tumor immune response.
