Overview

ABX-05 is a constrained peptide conjugate being developed by Centauri Therapeutics for the treatment of acute *Escherichia coli* (E. coli) infections. It is part of Centauri's Alphamer platform, which utilizes chemically synthesized molecules to redirect naturally occurring antibodies to the surface of pathogens, thereby triggering an immune response to clear the infection. The asset is currently in the lead optimization stage of development.
