Overview

ABX-IL8 is a neutralizing antibody developed by Abgenix. It has been investigated in clinical trials to determine its efficacy in improving shortness of breath. Preclinical studies have also explored its role in inhibiting angiogenesis and reducing metastatic incidence in melanoma by targeting interleukin 8 (IL-8).
