AC010

AC010 is an experimental, third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor being developed by ACEA Biosciences for the treatment of non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC), particularly forms driven by activating EGFR mutations and resistant to earlier-generation EGFR inhibitors.[3] As a third-generation agent, it is designed to selectively and potently inhibit mutant EGFR while sparing wild-type EGFR, thereby overcoming resistance mutations such as T790M and aiming to reduce off-target toxicity compared with earlier TKIs. AC010 has entered Phase 1 clinical trials in China and the United States to evaluate its safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity in patients with advanced NSCLC.[3]
