AccuLNP is a proprietary lipid nanoparticle (LNP) system designed for the delivery of nucleic acids, including mRNA, siRNA, self-amplifying RNA, and oligonucleotides. It is developed as a multi-component platform that enables efficient encapsulation and intracellular delivery of genetic payloads for therapeutic applications in genetic medicine. The system utilizes rationally designed ionizable lipids to optimize structure-activity relationships and incorporates organ/tissue targeting moieties on the LNP surface to improve specificity. Upon administration, the LNPs are taken up by target cells via endogenous transport pathways; endosomal acidification activates pH-responsive ionizable lipids within the LNPs to release their nucleic acid payload into the cytoplasm. This technology supports applications such as protein replacement therapy (restoring single protein function), cell reprogramming (modulating cell behavior by expressing growth factors), therapeutic antibody expression, and immunomodulation through mRNA-LNP vaccines[2][1].
