Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AccuVAC-PT009 is an investigational **protein-based prophylactic human papillomavirus vaccine** being developed by Defence Therapeutics using its ACCUM platform to enhance intracellular delivery and accumulation of vaccine antigens in target cells. The candidate is described as containing the same nine HPV-derived proteins represented in Gardasil-9, with preclinical data indicating markedly increased immunogenicity versus Gardasil-9, including substantially higher antibody titers after immunization. It is intended for prevention of HPV infection and HPV-associated diseases and remains a preclinical biologic vaccine program.
