ACE1702 is an off-the-shelf, allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed using Acepodia's proprietary Antibody-Cell Conjugation (ACC) technology. The product consists of a CD16-expressing NK cell line (oNK) that is conjugated with the anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody trastuzumab, enabling targeted cytotoxicity against HER2-expressing cancer cells. Unlike CAR-NK therapies, ACE1702 does not require genetic modification; instead, it uses chemical conjugation to arm NK cells with tumor-targeting antibodies. Preclinical studies have demonstrated that ACE1702 exhibits potent in vitro and in vivo antitumor activity against HER2-positive solid tumors—including breast and gastric cancers—while maintaining a favorable safety profile without causing cytokine release syndrome or graft-versus-host disease. The therapy is cryopreserved and γ-irradiated for safety and shelf stability[1][3][5][6][7].
