Overview

**ACE1831 + obinutuzumab** is an investigational combination therapy comprising ACE1831, an off-the-shelf allogeneic cell therapy product, and obinutuzumab, a monoclonal anti-CD20 antibody. ACE1831 consists of γδ (gamma delta) T cells from healthy donors, conjugated via proprietary DNA aptamers to an anti-CD20 antibody, designed to target and eliminate CD20-expressing B-cell malignancies without genetic modification. Obinutuzumab is a monoclonal antibody that binds CD20 on B cells, leading to enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and direct cell death. The combination is being evaluated in phase 1 studies for relapsed/refractory non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphomas expressing CD20, where the two agents are used together to boost anti-tumor cytotoxicity.
