Bitugesic AC is a fixed-dose combination analgesic and anti-inflammatory medication developed by Amvia Biotech. It contains aceclofenac (100 mg), a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), and paracetamol (325 mg), an analgesic and antipyretic agent. This combination is primarily indicated for the management of pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It is administered orally in tablet form.
