Acelion-P

Acelion-P is a fixed-dose combination product developed and marketed by Merlion Lifescience, containing amlodipine and paracetamol (PCM). Amlodipine is a long-acting dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker that selectively inhibits the transmembrane influx of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle by targeting L-type voltage-gated calcium channels, resulting in peripheral vasodilation and reduced blood pressure.
