Acetal-SP

Acetal-SP is a fixed-dose combination oral tablet manufactured and marketed by Zytras Life Sciences, primarily in the Indian market. It contains three active ingredients: aceclofenac (100 mg), paracetamol (500 mg), and serratiopeptidase (15 mg). Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by inhibiting cyclooxygenase enzymes. Paracetamol (acetaminophen) serves as an analgesic and antipyretic, providing additional pain relief and fever reduction. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that helps reduce swelling and edema by breaking down abnormal proteins and inflammatory mediators at the site of injury. This combination is indicated for the relief of pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, sports injuries, and post-operative recovery.
