Acetylated sodium hyaluronate is a chemically modified derivative of hyaluronic acid developed by Shandong Topscience Biotech. By introducing acetyl groups onto the sodium hyaluronate backbone, the molecule gains amphiphilic properties, exhibiting both hydrophilic and lipophilic characteristics. This modification significantly enhances the ingredient's skin affinity and moisturizing capabilities compared to standard sodium hyaluronate.
