acetylsalicylic acid + duloxetine

This is a combination of two pharmaceutical agents, acetylsalicylic acid (commonly known as aspirin) and duloxetine. This dual mechanism provides antidepressant effects as well as pain modulation. The combination may be considered for patients with comorbid pain conditions requiring both an NSAID for inflammation/pain relief and an SNRI for neuropathic pain or mood disorders; however, caution is warranted due to increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when combining SNRIs with NSAIDs like aspirin[5][6].
