Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Aclaim is a specialized remineralizing toothpaste developed by Group Pharmaceuticals, primarily indicated for the management of dentinal hypersensitivity and the restoration of tooth enamel. Its primary active ingredient is nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HAp), a biocompatible mineral that constitutes the majority of human tooth enamel and dentin. Aclaim works by depositing nano-hydroxyapatite particles into open dentinal tubules and onto the enamel surface, effectively sealing the tubules to block pain stimuli and promoting the remineralization of demineralized areas. This biomimetic approach helps restore the structural integrity of the teeth and provides long-lasting relief from sensitivity.
