ACM-001

ACM-001 is an investigational **adjuvanted protein-subunit booster vaccine for COVID-19** developed by ACM Biolabs. The vaccine contains a SARS-CoV-2 spike-protein antigen modeled on the Beta variant and the immunostimulatory CpG 7909 adjuvant, formulated with ACM Biolabs' polymer-based Tunable Platform delivery technology. It was evaluated as a single booster dose by intramuscular and intranasal administration in a completed Phase 1 study in previously vaccinated healthy adults. ACM Biolabs reported that the Phase 1 study showed acceptable tolerability, no serious adverse events at recommended dose levels, and early evidence of broadly reactive antibody responses.
