Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ACM-001** is an investigational, adjuvanted SARS-CoV-2 booster vaccine developed by ACM Biolabs for prevention of COVID-19. The vaccine contains a SARS-CoV-2 beta-variant spike-protein antigen together with the CpG 7909 immunostimulatory adjuvant, formulated using ACM Biolabs' polymer-based Tunable Platform delivery technology. It was evaluated as a single booster dose by intramuscular injection and intranasal administration in a completed Phase 1 study in previously vaccinated healthy adults.
