Acnase

Acnase is a topical dermatologic drug product developed for the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris, formulated as a cream and evaluated clinically under the name “Acnase Creme” for grade I comedonal acne. It is applied directly to affected skin areas to reduce comedones and inflammatory lesions through local pharmacologic actions on the pilosebaceous unit, but detailed public information on its exact active ingredients and molecular targets is limited.
