Overview
AcroPass Acne Cure is a dissolving microneedle patch developed by Raphas for the treatment of acne vulgaris. The product utilizes the company's proprietary Droplet Extension (DEN) technology, which allows for the manufacture of microneedles at room temperature, preserving the stability and efficacy of active ingredients. The patch features microscopic needles composed primarily of hyaluronic acid and medicinal compounds such as salicylic acid. Upon application, these needles penetrate the stratum corneum to deliver the active ingredients directly into the acne lesion, where they dissolve and release their payload. AcroPass Acne Cure is approved as a quasi-drug by the South Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) for its keratolytic and anti-inflammatory properties.
