ACT60

ACT60 is an investigational humanized monoclonal antibody developed by Amoytop Biotech that targets the interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) subunit. This subunit is a critical component of both the IL-4 and IL-13 receptor complexes, which are central drivers of Type 2 (Th2) inflammation. By binding to IL-4Rα, ACT60 inhibits the signaling of IL-4 and IL-13, thereby suppressing the inflammatory cascade associated with allergic and respiratory conditions. It is currently being developed for the treatment of moderate-to-severe asthma, allergic rhinitis, and other related respiratory tract diseases, aiming to provide a therapeutic option similar in mechanism to dupilumab.
