Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ActYbody is a preclinical-stage bispecific IgG antibody platform developed by JN Biosciences (JN Group). The lead candidate, BS853, is designed to simultaneously target Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (PD-L1) and Glucocorticoid-Induced TNFR-Related protein (GITR). The mechanism of action involves blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitory checkpoint while providing agonistic signaling to costimulatory receptors on T cells, thereby enhancing antitumor immunity. JN Biosciences has also developed variants of the ActYbody platform targeting other costimulatory molecules such as OX40, ICOS, and CD40 in combination with PD-L1 blockade for the treatment of solid tumors.
