AD-2011

AD-2011 is a small molecule drug developed by Yuhan Corp. and further investigated by Addpharma. It has been studied primarily for the treatment of hyperlipidemias and hypertension, both of which are major cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. The mechanism of action for AD-2011 remains unknown or undisclosed in public sources, and it does not appear to have a novel mechanism based on available data. Clinical development has reached Phase 1, with at least one completed trial evaluating its pharmacokinetics alone and in combination with another investigational agent (AD-2012) in healthy male volunteers[1][2][3]. No approvals or marketed indications have been reported as of June 2025.
