Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**AD-211-H** is an oral, dose-specific investigational formulation of **celecoxib + eperisone** being developed by Addpharma for symptomatic treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Celecoxib is a selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor that reduces inflammatory prostaglandin production, while eperisone is a centrally acting skeletal-muscle relaxant that inhibits voltage-gated sodium and calcium channels, reducing spinal reflex activity and muscle hypertonia. AD-211-H is being evaluated as one of several AD-211 dose formulations in a randomized Phase 2 dose-optimization study in patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.
