Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This combination therapy is a multi-modal treatment regimen developed for the management of moderate to severe psoriasis vulgaris. It integrates three distinct therapeutic approaches: systemic administration of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AD-MSCs) for their immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory properties; topical application of calcipotriol, a synthetic vitamin D3 analogue that regulates keratinocyte proliferation and differentiation; and oral administration of PSORI-CM01 (also known as YXBCM01), a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) granule formulation. The regimen is designed to target both the systemic immune dysfunction and the localized epidermal hyperplasia characteristic of psoriasis. Clinical evaluation of this combination is primarily led by the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
