Overview

AD108 is an innovative small molecule neuroprotective agent being developed by Jiangsu Aidi Pharmaceutical (also known as Aidea Pharma) for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. As a Class 1 innovative drug in China, it is designed to mitigate the neuronal damage that occurs during the ischemic cascade following a stroke event, with the objective of improving neurological functional recovery and reducing long-term disability. The compound is currently in Phase 1 clinical development, where its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic profile are being evaluated in human subjects.
