AD3100 is a small molecule inhibitor of the chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4). It has been investigated in a Phase I clinical trial for its ability to activate immune reactions in cancer cells and tumor biopsies, particularly in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and colorectal cancer.
