AD80

AD80 is a multi-kinase inhibitor designed to target several components of the sfRon (short-form RON) signaling pathway, with specific inhibitory activity against AKT and S6K1 (Ribosomal protein S6 kinase beta-1). Developed as a polypharmacological tool to overcome resistance in tumors where single-node inhibition is insufficient, AD80 also exhibits activity against other kinases including RET, RAF, and SRC. In preclinical studies of sfRon-expressing ovarian cancer, AD80 has demonstrated superior anti-tumor and anti-metastatic efficacy compared to standard-of-care chemotherapy (cisplatin/paclitaxel) and selective sfRon inhibitors. By simultaneously targeting multiple downstream effectors of the sfRon pathway, AD80 aims to provide a sustained therapeutic response and prevent the development of treatment resistance.
