ADA-011

ADA-011 is a monoclonal antibody that targets the leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor B (LILRB) family, which are immune checkpoint receptors. By inhibiting LILRB, ADA-011 acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic (anti-cancer) activities. It was developed for use in advanced solid tumors, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by blocking inhibitory signals mediated by LILRB on immune cells. The drug was initially developed by Adanate and reached Phase 1 clinical trials as both monotherapy and in combination with other checkpoint inhibitors such as pembrolizumab for patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors who had exhausted standard therapies[1][2][3][4][5][7]. However, development has been discontinued[3].
