Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADAM01 is an experimental cell therapy being developed through a collaboration between Noile-Immune Biotech and Adipoimmune. The candidate utilizes Noile-Immune's proprietary PRIME (Proliferation-inducing and migration-enhancing) technology, which involves the genetic engineering of cells to co-express Interleukin-7 (IL-7) and the chemokine CCL19. In ADAM01, this technology is integrated into Adipoimmune's ADAM platform, which consists of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ASCs). The PRIME technology is designed to enhance the proliferation and survival of immune cells (via IL-7) and their recruitment into the target tissue (via CCL19). ADAM01 is currently in pre-clinical development, primarily targeting undisclosed indications, likely within the fields of oncology or regenerative medicine where the immunomodulatory and regenerative properties of mesenchymal stem cells can be leveraged alongside the stimulatory effects of the PRIME cytokines.
