Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ADB-150 is a chimeric peptide vaccine developed by AdaptBio Therapeutics. It is designed as a T-cell and B-cell immunotherapy that targets Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1). By eliciting immune responses against PD-1-related epitopes, the vaccine aims to drive anti-tumor immunity. It is currently in Phase 1/1a clinical development for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) colorectal cancer (CRC).
