ADC-036 is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) being developed by iProgen Biotech in collaboration with Asan Medical Center (AMC) for the treatment of sarcopenia. Sarcopenia is a condition characterized by the progressive loss of skeletal muscle mass and strength, often associated with aging or chronic illness. ADC-036 utilizes iProgen's proprietary i-Conjugate technology, which enables site-specific conjugation of a small molecule payload to a targeting antibody.
