ADC118

ADC118 is an investigational small molecule anti-retroviral drug developed by Jiangsu Aidi Pharmaceutical (Aidea Pharma) for the treatment of HIV infection. Currently in Phase 1 clinical development, ADC118 is designed as a next-generation HIV-1 capsid inhibitor. By targeting the viral capsid protein, the drug aims to disrupt multiple essential steps in the viral replication cycle, including capsid assembly and disassembly, nuclear import, and viral maturation.
